Terms of sale — purpose
These general terms of sale (CGV) govern the sale of Passes granting access to Civoo's preparation content, sold by Virginie MINEL (EI), identified above. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. A Pass grants access, for a fixed period, to all of the app's paid preparation content.
Offers and duration
The Pass is a one-time purchase (single payment, no subscription or automatic renewal). Three fixed-duration tiers are offered: 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. The duration runs from Pass activation after payment.
Price and payment
The prices in force, in euros and inclusive of all taxes, are those shown on the pricing page at the time of order. Payment is securely processed by Stripe; Civoo stores no card data. The order is validated once payment is confirmed.
Delivery / activation
Digital content is provided immediately: the Pass is activated on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, with no physical medium.
Right of withdrawal
Under Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you normally have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from an online purchase.
Waiver of the right of withdrawal (immediate access)
As this is digital content supplied immediately, the law (Article L. 221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code) allows the right of withdrawal to be waived. By ticking the waiver box at checkout, you expressly request immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is opened. Consequently, no refund can be granted after Pass activation, save any mandatory legal provision to the contrary. By way of exception, and as a commercial gesture, a refund may be granted where a proven technical failure attributable to the service prevented you from accessing the content for a significant period and we were unable to remedy it. Any request must be sent to biinadev@gmail.com describing the problem; it is handled on a case-by-case basis and, if accepted, the refund is made to the original means of payment within the usual banking time frames.
No guarantee of results
Civoo is a preparation tool. Buying a Pass guarantees neither passing the official civic exam, nor obtaining a residence permit or citizenship — decisions that rest solely with the administration.
Complaints and applicable law
For any complaint, you can contact us at biinadev@gmail.com; we undertake to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute. These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
